FreeStayUK is a division of Jolly Good Ideas Ltd.

  1. FreeStayUK membership grants two adults free double or twin bedded accommodation at any hotel featured on the website - on production of a valid membership card, and subject to a daily minimum spend on dinner and breakfast at the hotel.
  2. FreeStayUK membership is valid for two adults sharing a double or twin bedroom. Prices for additional adults or children must be agreed with the hotel at the time of booking.
  3. FreeStayUK membership is only valid in conjunction with the relevant membership card, up to its expiry date. It is not transferable. Hotels are entitled to invoice their full rates if a valid membership card is not presented. Jolly Good Ideas Ltd cannot accept responsibility for, nor replace, lost or damaged membership cards without charge.
  4. The periods during which your FreeStayUK membership is accepted are shown on each hotel's webpage. Accommodation may be available outside of these times at short notice.
  5. All prices, hotel descriptions, amenity lists and images are based on information supplied by the hotel and Jolly Good Ideas accept no responsibility for inaccuracies. All entries are correct at the time of printing however some details may alter and meal prices change, FreeStayUK will endeavour to keep all information as up to date as possible. Always check with the hotel when making a reservation.
  6. The 'Minimum Spend' stated, is per person per night. If meals are not taken in the hotel, or their cost does not reach the minimum spend stated, then the hotel reserves the right to charge the full figure. The cost of beverages and sundry items cannot form part of the minimum spend, unless stated on the hotels FreeStayUK webpage. Your account is payable on departure.
  7. Jolly Good Ideas Ltd cannot be held responsible should the hotel of your choice decline to accept your reservation, all reservations are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the hotel and the discretion of the hotel management.
  8. If a hotel webpage states that pets are allowed, this means that, subject to agreement when booking, the hotel will accept pets in some rooms. Hotels may charge extra for pets - check this when making a reservation.
  9. The right is reserved to make alterations to any details without notice and Jolly Good Ideas accept no responsibility for the quality of dining or accommodation at any hotel, nor disputes or disagreements with any hotel, of any nature. Any disputes relating to this must be settled directly with the hotel in question.
  10. If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, you must inform the hotel. Whether you have to pay any cancellation charge is at the discretion of the hotel, as is the refund of any deposit paid.
