The Hotel offers a range of different styles of bedrooms including Director Suites and Family rooms, which are located in the main building, the West Lodge and the East Lodge. The guestrooms have been designed with the comfort and convenience of the guest foremost in mind.

The newly refurbished Thyme Restaurant and Bar sports a modern contemporary feel throughout with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The world cuisine menu has been compiled by head chef Jean Guy Desaubin, who has put together a number of popular dishes using only the finest and freshest produce. The Swordfish marinated in Thyme, Lime and Ginger, King Prawn Tempura with sweet chilli sauce and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb are just a few examples of the tempting options on the extensive menu.
