The Three Salmons Hotel in Usk is a 17th Century Coaching Inn located in the centre of this small Roman market town in the county of Monmouthshire, South Wales. Since December 2006 the Hotel has been managed by former Gloucester and British Lion rugby player Steve Boyle and his wife Theresa.
The Hotel exudes Old World charm whilst delivering a friendly and efficient service with a particularly fine and recently refurbished restaurant. In the Three Salmons Restaurant all meals are cooked fresh to order using the very best ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, and accompanied by an extensive wine list. There will be a bottle of wine to suit every pocket, champagne for that special occasion as well as a large selection of beer and lager.
