The Saints Bay Hotel on Guernsey provides exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed three star hotel acommodation with a highly commended status awarded by the Guernsey Tourist Board. Saints Bay Hotel is uniquely situated on the south coast cliffs at Icart Point, an unspoilt headland on the most southerly tip of Guernsey. The scenery from the immediately adjacent cliff paths is amongst the most stunning in the Channel Islands and ranks with the best of other world-wide coastal scenery.
Named after the picturesque bay and small fisherman's harbour at the foot of the cliffs below the hotel just a short walk away. Other small beautiful coves are also close by. This delightful hotel is renowned for its hospitality by visiting guests and local residents alike. It is an ideal location for a relaxed holiday, bar meal or drinks in the Dog and Lion Bar and large poolside patio, or table d'hôte meals in the light and airy hotel restaurant.
Accommodation is presented in a collection of elegantly designed bedrooms all of which provide en-suite facilities, tea/coffee making, hair dryers, colour television, direct dial telephones, mini fridges and comfortable furnishings.
The hotel’s restaurant - The Dog and Lion Bar and pool side al fresco dining area offer a varied and interesting selection of menus - bar and pool side menus with specials of the day and in the Restaurant a' la carte and table d'hôte menus. The restaurant is well known for it's high quality, innovation and imaginative dishes and caters for hotel guests and local diners a like. Most lunch and dinner menus feature, when season and weather permit, fresh local produce and fresh local seafood. Guests requiring special diets are catered for on request, however, standard menus always feature vegetarian and non - meat dishes. All meals are fully complemented by a comprehensive and varied wine list.
When it is time to relax, the hotel’s secluded garden is a veritable sun trap!. Here you can soak up the sunshine or the heat from the heated hotel pool (Easter to October), possibly the hottest outdoor swimming pool in Guernsey!. For your extra convenience, complimentary swimming pool towels are available for hotel guests. Adjacent to the hotel pool and sun lounging area is a large patio al fresco dining area and bar. If it's too hot outside refuge can be taken in the split level hotel bar where a cooling drink may be obtained. For guests in the autumn and the spring period, a coal fire warms the bar area giving a cosy relaxed atmosphere. An ideal place to revive after a bracing cliff walk.
