When it is time to dine, the Waterfront Restaurant, ideally situated overlooking the beautiful River Suir, offers a wonderful an exciting selection of dishes to choose from an extensive A la Carte Menu and an equally enjoyable choice from the Evening Dinner Menu. The hotel also offers an Early Bird Special between 6pm and 7pm nightly with a choice of Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Tea/Coffee, this is also available at weekends.
