Luxury Weekend Break Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry in to this Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
  2. All entrants in to the Prize Draw must be aged 18 or over to qualify. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of FreeStayUK; Focus Hotel Group their agencies or any other parties involved in the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per person will be allowed. Entries will be made automatically after completion of the Entry Form; postal entries will not be accepted.
  4. The closing date for entries is by midnight on 31st March 2010, entries received after this will be deemed invalid and will not be entered. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost or delayed (for any reason).
  5. The winning entry will be drawn at random on the 2nd April by an independent judge. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. There is one prize of a weekend break (Friday and Saturday night) for two persons at any of the Focus hotels listed on www.freestayuk.com. The prize will include accommodation in a double or twin bedded room breakfast, on each of the two mornings and one dinner. Any other services, purchases or ancillaries are not included in the prize. The weekend break must be taken before 30th October 2010. The prizewinner must make their own travel arrangements.
  7. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative offered.
  8. The prizewinner will be notified by email, using the email address used to enter the Prize Draw.
  9. The winners may be required to take part in publicity and, by entering the Prize Draw, consent to such publicity.
  10. The Prize offered is at the discretion of the promoter and can be withdrawn at any time for any reason whatsoever.
  11. The names of the winner can be obtained by contacting the promoter, at the address below after 10th April 2010.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  13. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
